Wanderlust Travelwide Camera

Here are a few Fujifilm FP-100C45 taken with a Wanderlust Travelwide 4×5 camera. This camera was funded through kickstarter that seems to have had one production run and then the company folded. You can see more info HERE. I love this camera as it’s light and nearly compact as 4×5 cameras go. I have around 10 packs of FP film left as it has not been made for a few years. I hope ONE INSTANT bring it back to life once it has finished redesigning the standard peel apart film. I’ve also got loads of other types of 4×5 film to keep it going!

Fully loaded, the Travelwide is lighter than a DSLR. In fact, at 275 grams (9.7 ounces), it’s the lightest 4×5 ever made. But thanks to its high-impact unibody construction, it’s also one of the toughest.

The Travelwide can focus from infinity down to 0.55 meters (~2 feet), which means you can capture everything from landscapes to portraits.

With the high-precision focusing screen included with the Travelwide, you can fine tune focus and composition. Or use the focus markings on the barrel for quick shots on the go.

Travelwide features three accessory cold shoes, so you can mount bubble levels, rangefinders or viewfinders. An included metal sport-finder gives you a quick idea of your framing for snapshots.

Travelwide accepts most 90mm lenses, and a Pinwide pinhole is included—so you can start taking photos right away.

With over 13× the area of 35mm (“full frame”), 4×5 film delivers astounding detail, and a gorgeous tonal range that can’t be beat by even the best digital camera.
